About the role
- Report to the Chief Operating Officer
- Lead and manage two key support streams across user servicing and school servicing
- Ensure customer queries are handled on time with the highest level of quality
- Leadership and coaching to develop and mentor staff members
- Working with the COO on improvements across Operations processes
- Assist in other operational aspects of the business as required
