About the role
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Lead and manage two key support streams across user servicing and school servicing
  • Ensure customer queries are handled on time with the highest level of quality
  • Leadership and coaching to develop and mentor staff members
  • Working with the COO on improvements across Operations processes
  • Assist in other operational aspects of the business as required
